If adjustable brackets are used: > 1 - Install the wall bearers.The spacer facilitates the positioning. Diameter of the holes of the plate: 31 mm. > 2 - On the ground, install posts and guardrails at the periphery and around the shaft.Then unlock the braces and remove the bolts. Retain them for step 3. > With the M18-250-8.8 bolts, assemble 2 standards of the adjustable brackets to the platform. The 2 other standards are assembled by slightly raising the platform. Adjust the position of the cursors on the standards. > 3 - Place the slings in the yellow hooks of the platform and raise the crane. Handles allow you to accompany the deployment of the braces. Lock each brace in the open position using the bolts removed in step 2: which is 2 x M16-100-8.8 and 2 x M16-160-8.8. > 5 - On the ground, install 4 brackets in the drill holes of the topmost module with the M16-35-8.8 screws (or corbels for the adjustable brackets).Assemble the topmost module to the other modules and to the base then raise the whole. > 6 - Position the Escalib Mills until the brackets are bearing on the platform (or the corbels on the cursors for the adjustable brackets). Anchor of the Escalib Mills to the wall (see Specifications and load capacity), using anchoring caps and Escalib Mills couplers. > 4 - Install the platform on the wall brackets. Put into contact the stop screw of the braces against the wall. Access the platform for unslinging. Use the M16-160-8.8 bolts to lock the platform to the fasteners.
