The complete harness-free safety solution…
29/08/2024
For the 1st time assemble and disassemble your conventional formwork on towers with collective protection…
Today, there is a risk of falling from a height when fitting guardrails at the edge of the formwork. It is attached to the beams once the plywood is installed. Using a harness and a tether are not very suitable for installing the plywood and the guardrail.
Problem with SAFETY:
-
The absence of a fastener is justified.
-
Insufficient vertical air clearance.
-
Absence of training in using the harness.
-
Absence of inspection of the harness.
Problem with PRODUCTIVITY:
-
Installation time of a fastener or a lifeline.
-
Tethers that hinder and slow down the work of the operators.
Mills SOLUTION:
-
Install the Mills GCC as a collective protection at the edge of the formwork from the towers, before the installation of formwork.
-
Work above a bed of close secondary beams: P11/MP3.
-
Ideally: use formwork half-panels to limit MSK conditions and wind surface area.
