The Atypik tower at Issy

On the old Tri-Postal site, Bouygues Bâtiment Habitat Résidentiel is building the 18-storey "Tour Atypik" in the new green district by the banks of the Seine at Issy les Moulineaux.

 

To install the external lining, Mills has used 7,000 m² of Mills Plato scaffolding with MDS safety railings.     
Studies identified the exact lashing points avoiding the numerous balconies. The whole assembly was carried out in phases as requested by the client. The material was transported to a height of 55 m by a goods lift. Material formulas were positioned in consoles on the façades to supply all the trades who used the scaffolding .    

Near to the tramway, this architectural tower, designed by Atelier 2A, will house 125 flats built according to BBC (Low Energy) standards.
